Returns policy

The requests for return/complaint are made directly on your customer area.

Personalized items :

In accordance with the article L221-28 3° of the Code of consumption, the articles marked at your request are not concerned by the time of retractation and thus cannot be returned to us.

Blank items :

You wish to return one or more items that do not suit you?

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to make your request for return from your customer area in the "My orders" with the reason "the article is not suitable".

  • For individuals, the refund will be made without penalty, except for the cost of return.

  • For professionals, self-employed, associations and / or in the case where our system detects a type of order intended for professional use, after study of your request for return by our services, it is likely not to be granted.
    In the case of a return of goods granted, 25% of the amount for management costs will be deducted, in addition to the return costs.

Once the return is granted, you can choose to return the goods at your own expense or use a prepaid label that we will provide you with and that will be deducted from the amount of your return.

Once the 14 days deadline has passed, we will no longer be able to consider your return request. Any package returned without a return number will be systematically refused.

Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the return.

Return in the original condition

For reasons of hygiene, some items cannot be returned (masks, underwear...) as well as for goods that have been unsealed.

The items to be returned must be in their original packaging, in the same conditions as those in which they were delivered to you.
The articles, worn, washed, marked, transformed (embroidery, silk-screen printing, flex, transfer...) will not be taken back.


Returned items are under your responsibility, we advise you to obtain a proof of sending the package.
